About Us

Company History

Kooper & Levi Strata Management was established in September 2005 by Philip Kooper. Philip started the business after working in a larger Strata business and had come to the realisation that the Strata industry had reached a point where there was growing dissatisfaction amongst owners corporations as a result of poor customer care.
Philip saw this as an opportunity to open a new office as an alternative for clients seeking better and more personalised service. Since that time, Kooper & Levi has grown to manage over 250 properties ranging from 2 – 300 lots all across Sydney.

In 2018 Philip sold the business to CNG Property Group, however has joined the Group has Head of Sales & New Business.
Paul Culbi now oversees the Kooper & Levi business as General Manager. He is one of the most sought after, licensed strata managers in the industry and has worked on some of Sydney’s most complex strata plans. Paul’s 12+ years of experience means he comes equipped with the specialised skills required to deal with building defects, major remedial projects, fire orders, compliance and also sustainability, energy efficiency and community engagement whilst also leading and mentoring a large team.
